Registration

  • United States citizens/ permanent residents do not require a U.S. visa or passport for travel to San Juan, PR. If you are not a US citizen, you may need a visa for entry into Puerto Rico.
  • Authors registration deadline. For a paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one of the authors must be registered for the conference as an Author. Student registration does not cover the publication of a paper.
  • Each author registration covers the publication of up to 2 papers, and any additional paper will require a USD$150.00 payment per paper.
  • Late breaking papers will also be transmitted for publication in ieee xplore.
  • The template for submission requires letter size.
